Flat 20 Southlands was the perfect accommodation for my stay in Exeter. the apartment was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with everything I could possibly need included - even a pint of milk in the fridge on arrival! the communication from the owner was excellent, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen with a good-sized refrigerator and cooking facilities, as well as the comfortable bed that provided the best night's sleep I've ever had. the location was fantastic, with easy access to public transport and plenty of takeaway options nearby. I also appreciated the free parking and WiFi, as well as the private entrance and washing machine in the apartment. Overall, Flat 20 Southlands exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the area.
